Chat was restored with the update that came out yesterday (10/5), but it introduced a new problem: some of the touch controls don't work reliably. For instance, the first time you touch the chat window the new "type-in" box will appear, but the next time it will not. Or you'll hit the bomb release and it simply won't work. Or the second time. Or the third.

I've found one way to trigger it into working again, but it isn't always reliable: drag across the screen to change the view, and sometimes this will jog the controls to working again.

My soldier's firing slowly once he hits the ground, in the air, I can hold fire, and he'll continue firing, but on the ground I have to press the fire button for every shot.

I agree about update glitches. At first chat wouldn't work. Eventually I got it to work by uninstall reinstall, hard reset of tablet etc, but now I can not bomb reliably ie bomb button is not always responsive, usually when I've flow 8mins plus to get to a hangar!
