Easy!
Let me know. There are two ways depending on what type of device you have:
======== APPLE DEVICES ========
For Apple devices (ipod, ipad, iphone or whatever they come up with):
Post in these same forums when it began crashing, your type of device, your iOS firmware version (it's on your system info) and everything that could help to narrow it down.
Note: ipod 2nd generation is crashing nowadays due to the OpenFeint plugin. It's a known issue and OpenFeint is looking into it. As soon as a fix is available I'll release an update.
======== ANDROID ========
Android devices there are tons, so it's not possible for me to buy & test every single one of them (1000+ different devices and counting witch each country having different versions and models).
Since it seems to work ok on other devices I don't know whether yours is crashing unless you tell me. I can't figure out what's wrong either because I'll most likely don't even have your particular device unless you give me some information from your system. Here is the trick:
Download and install this application:
market.android.com/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat
Run it to get a bit familiar with it.
What this application does is send a "logcat" file, which is the log file that android keeps on the system when an application crashes. So after it's installed do this:
1) Play the game, until it crashes.
2) As soon as it crashes, do absolutely nothing else (otherwise the log file will be full of junk) and load that new application. Send the logcat to my email
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
DO NOT post that file into these forums or any public place since it might contain private information (your email or phone number for instance, it all depends what Android decided to add to that log).
With this file I should be able to see what's going on and try to fix it. It usually takes a couple tries with the logcat but it's pretty accurate.
Regards and as usual... next version will be better
