Since you killed his tank before he could tank spawnkill, he could deny his intent (besides, intent isn't a bannable offense, just the act of abuse). Good job for preventing tank SK's, but nothing we can do here. As for the Zepp game, you are 100% certain he was shooting at his own team? Did anyone else complain? Would he be able to credibly claim that he was shooting at red, and that you weren't in a position to see?
Just making sure that this would stick if he complained, that you would be able to back up the report.

i was warning him, no reds around only one red in the game, didnt get screen shot even the blue noobs wernt shooting at zepp they were just flying around praticeing flying,witch is fine more pts for me akhkeh was going after them. I explained it was out of my hands. He then asked questions about why it happened and what was "legal."

I explained in detail how it works, including tank SK. I will forward this pm to GenJack, and am requesting harsher punishment. Thanks Manfred for the heads up. Dtforce went a long time with no BS, i dont get it.

Spawnkilling with a tank is bannable.

Killing aircraft before their wheels leave the runway is considered very rude but is not bannable. However it can get people talking about you and u will be hunted.

Hitting someone once to smoke them is teamkilling as well as bombing your own hangars.

In war their are rules of engagement. This however is a game, not war.

Many have complained that the rules need to be available to players who arent on the forum. Welcome to the forum.

Also noteworthy: many squadrons have higher standards than the rules. My squad the Misfits requires five seconds after takeoff to kill a spawned player.

If you ever want to be in a good squad, u will need to play with honor. Most squads run a search on you before starting your recruitment. At this point you now have a rap sheet, with a ban. If u want to be in a squad i recommend posting an apology on the blacklist thread. Dont make excuses, just accept resposibility and promise to play nice.

I have a feeling that flying around and having everyone call you a cheater and mercilessly masacre you makes you a little grumpy. I have seen people that seemed very nice turn pretty nasty.
On the other hand I'm getting tired of typing "sigh" every time I get phantom killed and I've been typing it a lot.
I swerve and dive and juke even when no one is around but you still have to fly straight sometimes. I wait at the airport after getting phantomed with my brake on for a minute just to avoid the second and third one I know is coming. Even if that means I can't stop someone from bombing.
The patch is out there. I just wish Microsoft and Apple decide to do some work at some point. Wait ...Max do you work at Microsoft? (I caught him goofing off today)

P.S. The trick to the brake thing is to leave it off until you hear a hit then quickly put it on.

Why leave off the brake at all? I keep it on until the plane is almost tipping.

I haven't figured it out yet but if I sit with brake on I don't get hit. I can sit for a while nothing. Take off and I'm down. So I take the brake off until I hear the hit and QUICKLY hit brake and I get a bunch of hits. Then I take off and I'm good. I can't explain it and it may be something different but it works for me.

Devilbird, teamkilled in a game tonight. Also used a racial slur against CHARLI8. Just because he was chatting in Spanish. I have pics if needed, I warned him to watch his mouth, no response. Warned him about TKing, no response. He was chatting so I know he saw it.

I will also vouch for Whos on this.
When I drop to the noob server to teach--this was one of the constant trouble makers--for the above mentioned reasons.
There were others, too--TK, SK, tanking takeoffs in DF...etc. Things to keep an eye out for.

Bottom line--I've seen Desert Falcon 3 do this several times, and probably have screen shots too.
I also agree that profanity is bad enough, but racial slurs should be perma-bans!
