Dogfight Elite 1.3.17 has been released!

Special thanks to Mysterio for providing a list of bugs to fix. Thanks to Mysterio:
- Fixed some events that were giving points but not coins.
- Fixed the "view symbol" on the minimap that was not turning when on the zep gun.
- Fixed the bomb a parachuter achievement.
- Fixed music playing in the lakehouse for everyone even if not nearby.

- Several other small fixes.
- Forced update for Google SDK 33.

Pending to fix:
Bombs get stuck when you reload them.
