Dogfight Elite 1.1.58 is out!

This update will take a few days to arrive to everyone. Changes:
- The room limit is now 10 players. 5 on each side, instead of the usual 8 players total.
- Weather conditions are back! Also night and day cycles.
- Fixed notifications not arriving on iOS devices.
- Added the option to be able to download on a Mac from the App Store and play from there.
- Rewrote a ton of code to make it run faster. The game now uses OpenGL 3 instead of version 2.
- Many, many, many other small fixes.
