It's a bit rudimentary but from today if you go into the Tools section (top right button on here) you can create your own squadron.
Remember, you can only be owner of 1 squadron so don't create multiple ones.
Also, any person can only be member of 1 squadron at a time. Changing squadrons will remove the pilot from the older one.
Soon to be included: the owner/admin of the squadron will be able to manage its members.
