I just tried the ingame recording feature. After 30 minutes, I needed to quit. So, I hit the stop button, and the game asked me if I want to upload the movie. I answered NO, I wanted to watch it instead. So I quit the game, but I cant find where the movie is stored. Im on Android 5.0.2, and used Root Explorer to search for the file, with no success. I tried the galerie, tried the movie player app, tried x-plore apk, no success. Did I lose the file??
Is there any way to SAVE the file instead of uploading it?=

No, I have no access or control over the recording. It's handled by Everyplay plugin. It is lost if you quit the game or record again.

I know its not your fault, of course, as you already explained - but, sincerely, I think it is quite weird this Everyplay's approach (not allowing the user to have access to the movie file).

So, since I believe others may have the same intention of mine (that was to have access to the file just to watch it or to edit it in some way), it would be nice to warn people about this limitation, to let them choose another recording method.

Some years ago, I used a 3rd part apk to record the screen, and it worked very well on my old Galaxy S2.
I just forgot to install it on my tablet - what I will do right now.

About everyplay, it only allows you to edit it while inside the game. It uses an internal system to record your game as fast as possible without delaying the gameplay, that's why it doesn't save on your file system as a regular video.

I changed the system to kamcord on the next update, mostly because everyplay was giving too many problems and it didn't allow to tape your voice on android. I checked and they seem to do the same: no access to your videos as a file, you have to upload them.

Also the max saving time is 15 minutes, so if your videos get longer, it begins trimming the beginning of them.

Max lenght of 15 minutes? Ouch, there are more inconvenients than I thought...

I use the "SCR Screen Recorder" apk (link here ).

Edit: The free version puts a watermark on the video, and limits its length to just 3 minutes. I have the "pro" version, with no limits and no wattermark.
