What device are you using?
If you are on a windows phone,forget about paying by SBI debit card. I have tried that it wont work. Coz the wp store won't accept debit cards. And I'm sitting duck with my only debit card and plays as a free loader. But If your carrier is IDEA, good news for you,sir. They have introduced carrier billing last month. You can try that.
