Your purchase probably failed or got pending status from google, that's the only reason it can get deducted. Check your account to see what's going on and if it is still correct write to that email please.

The title should not be a desperate plea, but a comprehensible summary of the situation.

All caps and a plethora of punctuation and smilies don't solidify your point, they only make it harder to read. One or two words in caps is fine, as is one or two smilies.

Spelling and properly placed punctuation is very nice. Like my last point, it just makes it easier to read.
