Is it not possible to allow windows users the option to change the setting of sensitivity?

I noticed that a single upgrade of a plane tends to cost half the price of the plane itself. Which means if I were to take all of the upgrade options it would cost me nearly $300,000 for a $90,000 plane. Seems a bit steep.
