First Off - DO NOT blame zuperman (Joaquin) as he has invested countless hours into this game & it isn't like he's getting rich off of it either.. he loves this game & PLAYS IT TOO! & I am SURE this hurts him as well! He just is getting NO SUPPORT from Microsoft.. so if you want something done about this EMAIL & CALL MICROSOFT!!!

Heck! Send them a LETTER! A bunch of envelopes would crash their mailroom in this day & age and they would HAVE TO TAKE NOTICE!

When asked why are you calling? (&/or write in your letter) Say that you have the game Dogfight via the app store,(or whatever) and that the company that owns it (Echoboom Apps) is going to discontinue the Windows version because Microsoft WON'T DO THEIR JOB!
Echoboom Apps has sent numerous updates to Microsoft for Dogfight for months and they keep getting rejected just because MICROSOFT has some internal bug or other issue that keeps the game from being updated via Microsoft/Windows.
Tell them this is unacceptable and ask them NICELY to please take care of this issue.
They can contact Echoboom Apps to rectify the situation!

I cant find it in me to blame Zuperman for anything about this...he created the damn game that we are fighting to keep! He is the one who developed all this fun for us and put it out there. We can only blame him for getting frustrated with someone not doing their job, no names mentioned *cough cough Microsoft cough cough* so we should definitely contact the responsible party, again no names, *ahem Microsoft* and ask them to fix their end so se can enjoy our game!

Can anyone give more details? Are other games having the same problem? Is there a Microsoft tech forum post that describes the problem so we can tell Microsoft precisely what they need to fix?

Seems to me (without knowing what this is really about) that the way Windows works with DF will not be unique and a workaround will be out there somewhere.

Thanks for going this route Zebra. I posted something similar, although not directed toward microsoft, in the thread Zup started.

I think its a must that all of us say something to this effect on the game as well when we see this topic come up. I saw it being talked about last night. There are a lot of "hot heads" who will automatically blame Zup and send him some email. If we can but a kibosh to it then it will bode better for our side.

Great news for me, since zuperman said that windows 8 will be discontinued but for the present at least he is leaving windows 8.1!! and since that is what I play with, I got somthin to thank GOD for:)
