Brian Strachan (I think it was him) said he once landed upside down on a zeppelin. And yes, I remember reading there were plans to have aircraft-carrier zeppelins, although I don't know if it was ever done.

That would be very fun! Normally, you don't have much time for sailing peacefully along in the shoot-down-the-zep games, but sometimes when I'm the first to enter the game on the allied (south) side, it would have been just perfect to be able to land on top of the zep and sit there in peace and quiet until the enemies started to appear.

- Or maybe the best player, - the king marshal of the royal air force, could sit there, and be summoned only if the need arose (ok, ok, that was a joke.
