the new steam update my controller dont work on steam its very jerky and hard to hold the plane still to aim

left to right movement is good but the up and down is still off a bit

weird game play my controller still is jerky not as bad as it was before but not like it used to be it seems very sensitive and hard to hold steady to shoot
1  player flies by my plane not even heading towards me i think hes shooting someone else and im hit
2 player shooting at the bomber as he shoots the bomber my plane starts taking hits

Windows 10, Microsoft store. Asus laptop. Thrushmaster T16000m. Very jerky. More so with ww2 than ww1. No dead or neutral zone in controller.

weird stuff blue plane is in front of me shooting a red the windsheild starts taking hit and the blue plane has team killed me he is no where near me shooting a red how is this ?
