so if I understand, those using a controller will not have the ability to control the soldier in the chute, on the ground or the tank movement by joystick?
This puts those with a touch screen at a great advantage.

uh? nope, using the touch joystick on phones is now gone, you move the soldier using your touch screen

if you have a controller, like a physical hardware joystick, or a keyboard, or a mouse, that works too.

Rotation not working on PC. Forward, back, left, right only.

Okay the touch screen works (very erratic in movement) but the steering graphic (with 4 arrows) still shows up but is non functional.

Fixing that

yes with the mouse, but amount of rotation limited when cursor hits edge of screen.
no to the controller joystick.

The touchscreen method doesnt work well on tablet. Mines erratic n jumpy trying to move. And I think I hit report to mod with big thumbs when I aimed for edit,disregard

Bring back screen joystick new thumb swipe is horrible

also on pc tablet, soldier 1st person camera angle looks at ground, swipe up does not go high enough to see top of buildings if on airstrip. no control, and when the shoot button pressed, it changes the aim as though screen touched near the shoot button.

I'm already fixing this. I added several tricks to account for
1) Different screen resolutions
2) Speed of finger. If you move it slowly, it will not shake as much and have higher precision than if you slide fast from side to side. The opposite is true, if you slide fast, it will move faster.

But please, if you are having problems aiming, let me know what's your device and model so I can compare on a few of them and make sure it works as expected before release.

Ok version 1.1.21 should be out between today and tomorrow and it fixes all this.
Btw, to close the up moving the finger up... it's the same way. You just have to slide twice. The first time it's ignored in case it's by mistake. It's a thing on iOS.
