My kindle fire hd is pretty much broken I can't turn volume up and down, the charger port doesn't work so I can't charge it and the touchscreen is acting up and sometimes it won't let me turn it off and on, so I will not be able to do the scavenger hunt and I will only be on the forum sometimes when I'm using my computer, so can someone recruit people in game for me PM me if you do. Post here if you would like to be a in game recruiter, if you are one please tell them to join as a recruit. And get them on the forum if possible. Just a suggestion...
Contact customer support. Use the "call me" feature. Have your phone close.
They call immediately.
Explain your problems. Sounds like you may need a complete reboot. I've done it twice, successfully.
The third time I had problems they sent me a new one in 2 days.
Maybe, it'll work for you if you haven't tried it.
