they help you build up points
and offset damage done to your point count by the shoot down the zeppelin rounds (which allways end up with you having to crash into the zep if its getting close to base causing you to experience going bankrupt while dying heroically)

theyre a great way to let squads target other squads without engaging in teamkilling

theyre more fun cuz you dont have to carry bombs around

Well, at least you're right on that count, - squads needn't wait for any special arrangements, they can just log in and out a few times until they're in the same dogfight game and then just go ahead! It would be easy enough to stall the game until everybody was ready. The teams could take turns shooting any renegades who wouldn't either join a team or leave. The first team to have a player obtain 15 kills wins. It would work right away!

Yep,

youre right,

dogfight rounds are well suited for squad vs squad battles

the squads should agree on a standard recurring time when all squad fighters show up. For instance 10 pm pacific time, everyone can find out what that translates to where they live.

ill show up, just to watch :woohoo:

Yea I went to write reviews on temple run and angry birds and I wrote about how thwy should play dogfight.

dont agree..if the dogfight scenario is full with players, it is 8 players at most, then the average per base is 2 players which means you have to look for planes all over the map..

yea, some minor alterations would be needed to dogfight round to set it up for squad wars


developers would need to alter some minor stuff

because like sixgunnz said, what good is having squads if you cant battle with other squads

-expand players to twenty

-whichever team has a pilot get the first 15 kills, wins
as far as the situation where a non squad person gets the 15 kills, that battle could be called a draw

-advertise the battle a few days ahead of time so everyone is aware of the time to log in

Dogfight is expanding alot and fast 2months ago, I got on the top 100list and I was only a brigadier3 now u have to be a major general 1. Big diff.

something about temple run just makes me want to puke

I was trying to get my friend onto dogfight, but he told me he doesnt like it probably because he got killed really fast. The learning curve on this game is huge. I almost gave up on it too.

He showed me temple run, and it seems like the most pointless game ever, ninjump is much better
