Ok, so I got shot down on enemy carrier and then rode around in tank destroying their planes and their carrier which was alotta sadistic fun.

But next time I tried the same thing and couldnt find my tank.

I even jumped off the carrier and looked around, couldnt find it.

has anyone else run into this problem on enemy carriers

The tank may have fallen off of the carrier. I know when you crash trying to land in the lower deck of the carrier or on the upper deck, the burning wreckage of the plane won't stay on the ship it just kinda slides of as the ship moves forward.

Yea I am part indian, persian and american only like 5% persian. and I live at the beach too just in delaware, go there everyday, since u live in cali do u surf, bodyboard skin. I am not sikh, so no turban or anything.

Nope, it doesn't. It's dragged off and dropped into the sea by unseen hands. In fact it's a function Z added to the game in an update earlier this year.

Tanks have become extremely efficient in the bomb-the-carrier games. More and more often you find it's no use going on bomb runs with the airplanes.

When tanks spawn close to the carrier, you just need to stay there to take them out before they can position themselves or align their guns, which some have learnt to do within seconds after having entered the tank.

I think it is time to do something about it, like for example having each plane carry several bombs the way they do in the practice games.

It would make bomb-the-carrier a very fast-paced game scenario, - very different from what it was conceived to be, but not necessarily a change for the worse.

After the update you can now use the technique of either landing on the enemy carrier of getting shot over the front of the carrier and landing that way to select walk and enter a tank. But you always have to be at the front of the carrier to apply this technique, recently I've notice it has become more difficult, ir you aren't fast enough to locate your tank, it will roll off the carrier and the soldier doesnt run fast enough,.speaking of which why is the soldier slow going. Anyways, the tank will eventually get stuck in the air at the same hite as the carrier, know chance of retrieval there. A good technique but also a quick game ended there, I've used the tank to destroy carriers, but just not enough to share a positive or negative opinion as of yet.

Some pilots (not me!) have gotten really good at landing, getting into a tank, and aiming. I don't recall the name, but one pilot last night nailed a first round shot just seconds after landing in a parachute. Definitely adds a new dynamic to Bomb Carriers.

Only had been in tank on aircraft carrier once....but it was Dogfight match so I did not try shooting carrier....will keep that in mind next time

Tanks cant kill people when they are on carrier, I tried to do it a while ago didnt work.

But you can shoot the carrier superstructure, and sink the whole thing?

I can confirm veidar that you can destroy carrier by tank from onboard but there is definitely a knack to positioning your plane so you can get into your tank before it slides off into the middle distance !. It has taken me a week of experimentation and lots of deaths so I'm not about to divulge the finer points I will leave it to you guys to try yourselves , have fun !.

I,ve done it to Farcanal and I was invisible just like the soldier.... I will not be doing this alot but watch out I might try it again

They obey newtons laws and ignore friction. The carrier continues moving and the tank continues sitting.

didnt pull it off though couldn,t find my tank then fell through the deck into the
depths of the carrier wandered around for what seemed like days
couldn,t find a way out then got trapped at the back paddling around in water
i must do better

Yes that is true unlike capture carrier or dogfight the tank stays still once you jump in, but I didn't realise the tank was invisible once you get in ! , Does it show up on map/ radar ??.

Yeah , soldiers are invisible on carrier but they show up out back of your base on radar , as for the tank on destroy carrier I think it's an ok move if there are skilled pilots on the other team, it is real hard to get thru to the carrier let alone land on it so if you get that far you deserve to let off a round or two.

I do hope z makes the tanks visible eventually tho because everyone is going to be trying it soon.
