I've used it to change my ingame name. But whenever I try using it on my newer phone, it wants me to be an aspirant again with no points and only one plane. Zup can't help.

I can't pick any planes above the lowest rank. I do show my $$$ number, though. No idea about rank points. Based on others who've lost everything, I'm reluctant to start a game since Aspirant rank may be written in the database. And all my planes may be gone. At least that's the way it would work in any normal, well-functioning application.
