I was in a game with some other generals including one that has been rising very rapidly through the ranks. When I fought him, he seemed to jump around, skipping and relocating in the sky. Impossible to hit, though he was getting me. Lag you say? I didn't sense any lag with any other planes. Then, approaching from a distance, I saw him in a dogfight with another experienced general. The other guy was making the usual smooth ovals in the air of a dogfight but, again, this player was jumping from point to point - and winning the fights.

What is the explanation to The Case of the Mysterious Jumpling Plane? Foul play? Sun storms? Too much coffee?

Seattle, I have been told that I jump around in the game when I am playing at home. The only thing I can say would be wrong, all on my end, is poor cell service because I live at a distance from the city. I have been trying not to play as much at home as I realize that this is an unfair advantage, sometimes. I just enjoy playing the game so much, it helps me relax at the end of the day. I do know that some of the people I have been playing with, on the opposite team have become upset with me, for that I do apologize and will limit my play time at home.

Interesting...maybe that explains it, some kind of discontinuous connections.. You're fun to fly with - sorry we don't play at the sames times very much!

This is a problem caused by lag from intercontinental play I've noticed.

Dont worry about lag. I rarely see people that know more about the basic workings of the game hold that kinda stiff against people. Noobs do, but i try to explain it to em. Keep the peace, ya know?

I've noticed the jumping plane a lot lately - mostly seeing it going on in the distance and maybe in a dogfight - when I try to hit the other plane, never been successful (but that in itself does not mean much, as most are safe around me )

An artifact that really annoys me, and seems to be happening more are the ghost planes that keep flying around after being shot down - all harmless, but if did not notice they were shot earlier I often take after them to the wilderness only to have them disappear into the scenery. They look like such easy targets -
