Hello all those amazing pilots wishing to join the 111th Falcon Squadron. I am Digby, the Recruitment Officer. You can contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I can give you more information. Here is how the recruitment process works:

1)The pilot wishing to join must contact the Official 111th Falcon Squad Thread, on the forum and post their interest*. This includes, In-Game Name, Rank, and recruiter. They can also get in contact by going to Contact Us and filling in the form. An officer will process it and pass it on to the Office of Recruitment.

2)The Pilot MUST agree to the Rules, Codes of Ethics and the Constitution of the squad.

3)The Pilot is asked put |FR| in front of their name and equip the, Falcon Recruit, banner so that they can be obvious to Falcon pilots as a recruit.

4)The Pilot will have a recruit account on the squad website. All recruit accounts on the web will have |FR| in front of their usernames. They will have access to "Recruit Corner" of the squad.

5)The Pilot will be placed in Evaluation and members will evaluate the pilot and give in evaluations. Once the Recruitment Officer decrees that there is enough evaluations in, they will begin an induction vote. Once they have had 3 yes votes (unless otherwise stated), the pilot will become an official member of the squad.

6)The account level of the pilot will be raised to member level so that they can access member-only areas.

7)The recruit then must put |111th| in front of their name and equip the 111th Falcon Squad Banner above their name in game.


* It is also recommended that pilots continue posting on the forum and chatting with the current members to get to know them.

Yes, Worchester will be the one that contacts you unless he is busy. I do all the office jobs, like organising votes, and getting in evaluations. Digby

My eyes are tired from flying....lol.

i used to be a Falcon about a year ago. I broke my phone and wasn't able to play for several months. I cannot remember who recruited me originally.. In game I am ..11. I am level 18 Brigadier-General. some of the older falcons may remember when I had the banner.

..11 just so you know as we have not sen you for very long (though I have seen u a few times) you will have to go through recruitment again. Probably not the whole process but at least some.

I am sure you will understand our reasoning but contact him and we will see what we can do.
