Well said, Pmoon. I like that...Wolf Pack Classy. That will attract new recruits and keep us moving up the food chain.

Now our den is full of my old dog chew toys, Cypher's smelly socks, Pmoon's latest app creations, Skeeter's oversize wolf bed, Stars & Bars horse-hide bed, a few Eagle feathers and Viper's Alpha Wolf snake venom collection.

But no mutated or banned wolves allowed..nope, never.

I'll keep an eye out for Chepade and we'll teach him to be WP Classy while he hunts the reds.

With DF1 shutting its doors, I cannot open or play any more. There will be a flux of new players in Elite. Some old and some new. We have been very active as of late. Recruiting, reshaping hunting Packs, promotions, and Viper taking over as the Alpha. I think we as a squad have earned a A+ in holding steady and firm to our roots and our over all good sportsmanship and Pack mentality. I would like to put forth a couple Ideas and observations for the Pack to consider and maybe implement if in agreement. As of now we have 3 fairly new recruits, and a couple that may join. I think we should concentrate on bringing these new recruits into the DEN. This means flying with them, observing there style and behavior, and getting them more involved with the thread. Its great growing the squad but we must also guide and be apart of there growth. Honestly of the top of your head can you name all the new recruits and prospects from the last three weeks without looking it up. If yes, great, but if like me you probably might have forgotten one or two. My point is lets make sure we get our new recruits to be Wolfs before adding more. Quality over Quantity. This is just something I wanted to run by my peers. Ideas and your feedback is most appreciated.

Lancealot48 is a new recruit and the Sarge is hopefully going to join. Alex has been Part of the Pack for Quite awhile but was not active for awhile. Also Alex is a really great guy, you should all get to no him. I dont no if we need to close doors, but I think a slow down would be a wise thing. I would love Dunc7, Skeeter, Pmoon and Viper to share there Wisdom here as well.

Seems I jumped the gun a bit, former boss is playing hardball about putting me back into the schedule on short notice so.....I did an end around, spoke with the owner of the company and I'm gonna go roaming for another week or two while they hash things out. Yosemite, Sequias, and Death Valley await.

What an active and great night in Wolf Pack. I think I saw a wolf in darn near every game. Cypher rounded up some talented folks.

Flew a number of games with Baron64 and he is a true wolf. Proud he joined us and all the other new wolves.

I saw Brindle and gave a few shout out to him. Hoping he finds his way to Viper's squad WOLF.PACK soon.

We are moving up the food chain and should be very proud!

My opinion is we always need to keep our eyes open for new talent lest we miss someone out there. However there is a difference between active and passive recruiting, and we can just slip into passive mode until the 4 new wolves are fully integrated into our squad if that is necessary to prevent being overwhelmed. Quality over quantity is a great model, but lets not miss quality in our efforts to keep the quantity down. So far all I have seen all the recent recruits in games and feel they are some really great folks. I haven't flown with the Sarge yet, but I am sure its only a matter of time. Sarge is active on the forum, so that is a huge bonus. BZ Sarge, and BZ to everyone who has played a role in recruiting these folks.

Oh, and the howling is a combination of compulsory and instinctive.

Baron 64 used to be Doc Holiday 64 and will be a good choice.
