I humbly accept Diggers promotion, and assume the title of Commanding Officer, Wolf Pack Squadron. I know I have some big shoes to fill and will do my best to move us forward with the same deadliness and class we are known for.

I salute you, Sir Digger, and wish you the traditional fair winds and following seas, my brother.

Now on to business:

DF1 is to remain as is in regards to our squad. Those who still play df1 can do so for as long as it is up and running in Wolf Pack Squadron. All squad officers will retain their current rank and status. Just fly and have fun.

Elite will see some changes. First off, Skeeter will be organizing and implementing a transfer of all active pilots in HGA to HGB. Digger will remain in HGA as the MORAF. If and when he returns, he will resume his spot at the head of HGA, and will have an avenue to do so. Everyone else will transfer into HGB. All rank and positions will remain intact, just in the reorganized squad. Skeeter will retain the title of OIC, HGA. In the future when we expand the job of MORAF and running the new wing will be his if he wants it.

Wolf Pack guidelines and code will remain unchanged. Our collective conduct and game play have earned us a solid reputation which I have no intention of sacrificing.

We are returning to the Wolf Pack idiom: "The strength of the wolf is the pack, and the strength of the pack is the wolf" All active wolves will be gathered in one den so to speak, and that will be HGB, or WOLF.PACK. I plan to retain the name "Hunting Group Bravo" to honor our history, and all the brother and sister wolves which we were lucky enough to count among our ranks as we grew to where we are today.

The consolidation should serve to increase activity in squad chat, and improve cohesiveness within our squad. No more will we be unable to chat with one another due to squad chat restraints.

For those recruiting, remember to instruct any and all new prospects to the proper squad: WOLF.PACK. Otherwise acceptance will be slow and ineffective.

As always, my door is always open for questions, comments, suggestions, or just to talk. Shoot me a pm anytime.

HGA folks, Skeeter will be your point of contact for moving from HGA to HGB. HGB officers, be sure to accept all our HGA folks and if you are unable to promote them properly just bring it to my attention and ill get them back where they belong.

Had one heck of a CTC game! Some incredible players--Acegirl, Max, Tatter, Huck, Jedi, Gonchon and our own Pmoon.

One of the best games I've been in and all played incredibly well. In the end we lost, but it was really fun.

I just hit 10,000 games won, and it's a milestone that reminded me of something even more important---over 9000 of those games have been as a wolf! You all have become a part of my life now, and I am still grateful to Dire wolf for bringing me in and Viper for helping me become a better wolf than I might otherwise have been. In fact, when I think about it, many members of this pack have helped me just as much as I have tried to help them. I guess the point here is that those 10,000 games won are yours, too. I feel the need to give a true explanation for me leaving the pack. I stopped at a country roadside diner today to grab lunch and meet a girl. Sitting across the bar was an older gentleman with a bad case of parkingsons. The guy was struggling with both hands just to take a drink of water. I noticed his ball cap laying on the counter. Korean veteren. After having a lentil conversation with him I learned he came ashore at inchon. He then with his unit pushed all the way to the chosen resivor. He told me at the resivor he was shot thru the right arm which he pointed to still viable scar and was hit by srap metal in his upper back. He proceed to fight his way south while his friends were killed by snipers for many miles on foot. It's American heroes like this that gives us the freedoms we enjoy today. I will exercise these freedoms because I am most greatfull or the sacrifices made by so many. I will not take part in anything that does not respect the rights of others. It's been nice no hard feelings thank you all.

On our recruiting office thread there is a post from the Sarge mentioning Pmoon had invited him to join the Pack and that he was interested. I have had many great games and convos with the Sarge and feel he would make a great addition to Wolf Pack. Pick him up Pmoon

I appreciate how you are in awe of this veterans sacrifice but leaving our humble squad will bring him any honor.I hope you take a fishing trip up to the mountains and give it some consideration. First he has to Apply to WOLF.PACK in squadrons tab in game mode. You then have to click on squad chat. Then you need to sroll down to the bottom of squad chat. If he has applied to the correct WOlF PACK squad you will see his application to join. I have not seen it there yet so I presume he is waiting to see if he has been asked to to join. Maybe contact the Sarge VIA PM and see if he is still interested.

In essence. ....get off your *sses, turn off your phones for a day, Google the nearest "World Heritage Site" to wherever you live and GO. I swear you won't regret it. Hell one of the four I visited was so amazing it made Via Viagra look like asprin, luckily for me most of the campground was filled with college coeds which just shows that the Earth's power spots don't gender bias.

Roamer goes into a long winter sleep tonight, but I'll be back as Larry G. soon enough. Got to get resettled then I'll see you in the sky once again.
