I just accepted a request to join the squadron from Wardjee. He is a Level 13 player with a +400 kdr. I don't know if he was invited by a member, or just liked the look of us and requested, but he looks like a solid pilot, one I'm interested in meeting. If anyone already has a negative relationship with him, let one of us Air Marshalls know, and we'll talk to him. But wardjee, welcome to the Inc!

So guys, as a reward to Group Captains (since they can no longer accept players) how about we do something with their name style? Like they can capitalize the GI or can put something on? Like MOM, wig makes you a special banner, or misfits, you use a capital [M]? Or would that be, once again, too over-organizational for us?

that is thinking on the right track, mac. i agree there must be some sort of benefit to the rank of group captain. but what? i suppose the rank itself is good, but i'll think on some ideas for recognition. maybe i could do handstyles of all the officers' names and upload those to our forum. that would be a simple way to do it.

-All pilots who are level 8 and over are invited to join the squad. Anyone recruited to the squad receives the rank of lieutenant. Lieutenants are eligible for promotion upon reaching level 15.

-Pilots level 15 and up receive the rank of wing commander. Wing commanders are considered regular ranks and treated as full G.I members.

-Pilots level 19 and over are eligible for promotion to group captain. Group captains serve as junior officers and can recruit new members to the squad. Group captains are selected based on maturity and dedication to the squad as well as personal fighting record.

-Pilots who show the greatest maturity and leadership are eligible for the rank of air marshal. Air marshals have the ability to accept/expel members, and give promotions. Air marshals in Gunners Inc make themselves available to lower ranks for advice and guidance as well as represent the squadron in squad battles.

we actually try not to become over-organized, because this is still just a game, and we stress friendships over rankings and positions. Recruiting and squad rules are pretty loose, we just like to get out and have fun. Our squadron is one of the most active in world chat. That's what we're about
