here's the new standings reflecting the rank jump almost everyone in the squad got. dragon is back on the board, mac is back in the #10 spot and damage has been going wild! welcome back, and good work to all those on the leader board.

Hi there Tractor_doc, nice to have you in our squad. My name's Air Raider, i'm also 17 just like King. My friends here like Hb consider me as a killer since I get a lot of kills in my battles. So I provide a lot help in any team I join. I'm only available during weekends due to my summer class

Of course the main issue regarding a vote would be the frequency at which our Air Marshalls check their forum. I check mine over a dozen times a day. The longest i go without it when awake is 4 to four and a half hours.
You're getting predictable, guys. You can do better, right?

Gunn, Damage and I all out slapping some reds around. Of course, poor damage was on the other side. But he held up like a champ. Gunn went 39-20, I went 38-20, and Damage was hanging at .500 in the early thirties when we all lost connection. Oh well. At least I grabbed four hangars. Good game, brothers!

I think there should be promotions only to captains now....Unless you could make slayer and horriblebreast permanent squad morafs with you, Gunnerrzz.
I agree that you had way too many voting members. But you should reward all the rest of us by making the worthy flight group leaders...I would like being a group captain too. I enjoy devising attack strategy.

very good timing with your post elim, i'm glad this has been brought up.
what i can tell you is we looked at the number of members who were able to accept recruits and all agreed it was far too high. so after some talk i decided to limit recruiters to gunnerzz and the air marshals. so that's all well and good but then the group captains are left in the lurch. what will be the privilege that comes with the rank? that is yet to be determined. according to the guidelines of membership for G.I, a group captain is anyone who is above rank 19 and shows good leadership qualities. this does open some doors to promote quite a few people to group captain! we have many members that meet the ranking criteria. so we can open this up to the squad for input also. the role of group captains is not one we have defined too clearly as of yet.

This is the best battle I ever had in this game yet. Had a bloody battle with M.O.M's Mean Fokker and with one of ours Thunderbird. We blues got pinned down at the end due to overwhelming reds but still kinda fun.
The battle lasted like an hour and a half and some of the blues were leaving during the middle of the fight. So the reds took over before the battle was over.

I feel that it would be more ideal for a players squadron rank to depend on in-squad seniority. For instance, I am ranked below Elim in the world. But I've been with G.I. for two months, and am on forum every day, and he's been here for two weeks, and has a full-time job that doesn't always allow him to be on. I have nothing against Elim, his name was just the first I thought of.
Of course, actual pilot rank would be a good judge, but as we are find of saying, we're a squadron that emphasizes friendship over statistics. You're getting predictable, guys. You can do better, right?
