Thanks, but you forgot I tend to be loaded up with blanks too.

But look at the kills vs. deaths ratio. I've seen new players with better scores. Although I was told that usually starts changing after reaching lvl 25 or 26. I can't imagine, because earlier I was right on the guy and could not hit him. grrrrr

One thing that doesn't help with recently I've gotten a lot of lag kills, you get shot down, power up and once off the runway you are shot down again. Or after getting shot down when you spawn you are instantly hit again, so have to wait to repair. Not to mention spawning on top of someone and "crashing" again. Zup needs to fix those things.

You'll find that your k/d ratio isn't bad at all. Newer pilots with a better ratio have either had a lot of experience flying in similar games or are on their second or third account in this game. If you can be bothered, look back in this thread and you will see my progress. I think I got to level 22 or 23 before I equalised my KDR. Stats aren't what the game is all about, fly to have fun first and foremost, Bro!

I would like to let you know about one AWSOME pilot named keel, Sir Keel was in a game with me, it was 6:2, we were the 2.
I would like to let you know he fought honorably, and we held them off!! Sir keel, I kept getting booted, as my internet at work sucks!
I Got back only to find him dueling to the death, i rejoined and played for a while, and got booted again! Again, I rejoined and he was STILL SLAUGHTERING REDS!! Finally it seemed the game filled up, I could not get back in! For that Keelsy, I am sorry , just know it was beyond my control as we were handing them thier buttocks and I personally was having a great game !! Just know this, if I ever see you in game, I will fly with you ANYTIME brother! THANKYOU again!!! Great game!! See you in the skies!!

Savage, would have been a STELLAR GAME, if I didn't keep getting booted!! Ty for the compliment, I hold high respect for anyone who did what he did, I hope I get the opportunity to fly with him again, under the same circumstances ,Hope to fly with any other G.I. 11:30 again I had a magnetic plane, and shooting blanks.

2 of the kills were lag kills, and what's the deal with the big lag in being able to choose aircraft or walk? Several times I have been killed on the ground while waiting to be able to choose which one I want.

Oh and let's not talk about how slow the chute is. I've heard those on Windows 8 can quickly turn and aim with the chute, thus they are really good. Not me, it's like in sllloooowwww motion.

It is great to finally be in an awesome squad!!

Just as I joined I ran into a snag tho.... I was waiting to join a squad for when I knew I'd be getting an upgraded computer....The tablet I was using is gone and this new 8.1 desktop with a Logitec joystick doesn't work with the game.... and I'm hoping someone can clue me in to some other joystick controller options....

What I've tried;

every option in the game;

programming the joystick, not supported on a 64 bit 8.1 machine....

keyboard, no way in the world could i manage to keep aloft with these worn out mitts and my hunt n peck style.... I have the greatest admiration for those that can manage THAT!!

I fly R/C airplanes with right hand yoke and so as soon as there is a red in sight the ol' reflexes kick in and I crash before they can shoot me down.... must look like a drunken gnat to the reds, no it's not any new evasive tactics!! I don't think you can reconfigure the xbox 360 controller, the left hand stick is yoke as standard. Play the practice missions with it to get more used to it bro, believe me it will pay off in the long run. You've just got to hope that once you are used to it you don't ditch your R/C plane on your next flight!

Hey Guys, I've made MEAN mad by shooting him down by accident during a game. I didn't say I was sorry during the game because it was a hell of a game. Then he gets mad and leaves before I could. Now he is calling me names and abusing me in front of others. I've asked Zup to ban him. I have had enough of his foul temper.

What do you think?
