i have been trying to figure out what devices have been affected and who we won't be seeing for a while. it sounds like the new update is a death sentence for now. i am sure a patch will be made soon.

i'm not sure why the new update would affect chat. seems like the problems people are having involve not being able to load the game at all. so if you close and reopen the app that may work out for you. or go to settings and reclick the world and game chat options.

Hey hb, seems that the chats were fixed...maybe was just my bad connection...

I have update and enhanced access or whatever it is. I have world chat at the moment with world map only. no stats showing. says im not in a squadron and for moment cant request to join. still in louisiana in the sticks with sketchy wi fi. gonna hope it all straightens out. b flyin here n there as I can. everyone have a wonderful christmas and new year. stay safe.

with the latest update (applied on my system on 24 Dec), I am unable to launch the dogfight app from my windows 8.1 system. I have uninstalled and am reinstalling it. will notify how that goes. if not, then I might be out of the game until a fix is applied.
