i do not believe fc to be emery. and if you look at the message that emery left for us, it appears to be a receipt for a complaint. if you read it, it is basically saying "thanks for your complaint, it will take some time to process."

so, i went to the IC3 website and found this paragraph to be interesting....

"The information I've provided on this form is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false information could make me subject to fine, imprisonment, or both. (Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 1001)"

that means emery filed a complaint about something or someone (which may or may not even involve us) to obtain the receipt and send it to multiple people on DF in an effort to scare them into thinking there is some internet complaint about them playing a video game online. that sounds pretty far out to me.

so i'd say let's do as 9000 suggested and throw this all in the bin. and as far as FC goes...he may not be in gunners inc but he is still a person and i will be friendly to him like i am to everyone else. sometimes it's good to remember that this is all a game we play for fun.

After receiving several PM's about a certain new member of my wing, I have had to cut them from the squad. This means friedchicken85 has been a member of all 3 squads and managed to get kicked out of all of them. HB thinks that this is the first time it has happened, so I guess congratulations are in order for a job badly done!

As a growing squad, always remember to keep your eyes open for new talent. If you are impressed with a pilot in-game, steer them our way! Being a Global squad, there is usually an Air Marshall available 24 hours a day.

Keep spreading the word about the forum, we want as many G.I's visiting our pages as possible.

Hey GI fam! Sorry to bother yall with this news. Was just in a game with AK47boyz and "pothead". I'm giving you their names because I didn't appreciate all the name calling they did. Among other things they said that are far too worse to mention here. So just letting yall know to show them some GI love for me if u run into them. It was pretty sad I think. There was even another GI in the room that didn't do anything. Didn't have my back in any kind of way. Not going to mention his name. He knows who he is. Anyways, see yall in the sky. Hey SV, is that symbol on your banner represent the hammer of the gods? Only asking because I saw the same symbol tattooed on a extremely high ranking officer. Wasn't on his arm either. Quite right HB, FriedChicken85 is a person and deserves to be treated with all the maturity and good-will that we possess.

With that being said, I believe the appropriate adage is "Fool me once, Shame on you. Fool me twice, Shame on me."

This person has gone out of his way to offend every member of our squad in a blatant attempt to be kicked out of the squad, not once or twice even... but 5 times. His inappropriate behavior is not only immature but it reflects poorly on our TEAM NAME when it is associated with such crassness.

I have stayed quiet on this issue up to this point because I felt like maybe there is a misunderstanding. I see now that he is not only guilty of such behavior, but he is PROUD OF IT.

Changing names to gain access to a squad that you have no intention of representing is a ban-able offense in my opinion.

I'm not trying to be reactionary here but I believe that this is a case-study in why we need to consider being an invite-only squad, and why we need to vet each prospective member.

This is just a game, and we want to keep it fun for all, but most-especially our members. Gunners Inc. enjoys a very good reputation, and in order to keep it that way I believe we have the ability, nay the duty, to be a little selective.
