I am aware that Friedchicken has joined my wing. Solo and I have had a chat about it and as long as he plays nice, he is welcome to be a part of the squad. I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and give him a second chance. However, if it turns out that he has not turned over a new leaf, I will not hesitate to remove him.

It is EXTREMELY important that whenever any of our Air Marshalls accept a new member to the squad they instruct that new member on our squad rules. I have already had to kick a new recruit from my wing in the last hour for cussing and teamkilling in-game. The recruit I kicked was the pilot who was giving Pinkstar abuse in-game earlier today. I have said it before and I will say it again, I don't like disrespectful people! If anyone is unsure of the rules then look at page 1 of our forum posts.

We are very well respected as a squad amongst other squads in the game, I will not have our reputation ruined by the actions of any of our members. At the moment, we are one of the easiest squads to join. Disregard the squad rules and you will very quickly find we are also the fastest squad to act on insubordination!

I finally got my 10,000th kill... It only took about seven months... Plus I've upgraded my planes and man are they NICE!!

well this has been a pretty simple week to work out as far as the top 20 goes. there has been no pilot that has gained or lost a rank this week. that doesn't mean i've got nothing to write about....i look at it as though we all moved forward together and no one lagged behind. no pun intended. so for the big news, R E Z becomes the 15th active G.I to reach 10,000 kills! look for his medal ceremony after the top 20. another fun fact about the top 20 this week is that out top 20 has now entered the top 600. that is correct, all pilots in the top 20 of gunners inc are in the top 600 of dogfight! congrats goes to all those listed!

in squad news, i have been debating a change in our recruiting. as it stands right now we have open recruiting which means we need some sharp eyed air marshals. the recruits we get run the full spectrum of personality and background. i enjoy having an open door policy. i find the constant coming and going of pilots from our organization to be exciting in a way. but that also brings with it the responsibility to safeguard what we have and not let poor mannered pilots get in the way of our collective success. air marshals of gunners inc have the power to demote or remove pilots who are in need of discipline, and i hope all will do what is necessary when the time comes. we have a great squad, let's keep it fun!

it seems every time i update the 10k club image we get another pilot or two that achieve the medal. that is a good problem to have! this time it is my pleasure to present the Gunners Inc 10,000 kills medal to R E Z on this day, 23rd November 2014. rez has kept a low profile while building an impressive score. flying with rez is a treat and his eye for collage style banners is fantastic. that guy has some real talent there. i have a gem from rez that i will pull out when the time is right. Rez's actions are in the highest tradition of aerial combat and reflect a great credit on himself, his wing, and Gunners Inc. congratulations!
