could somebody tell me please how I can stop receiving emails telling me somebody has posted on the forum. I seem to get notified every time somebody posts on the forum and my Inbox is getting flooded with unwanted emails.

'Unsubscribe' from threads. Or else every time some one posts something, ur mailbox will get flooded with mails. When I started using the forum I did subscribe to [M]isfit thread, you all can guess what happens next, lol lol.

when you post to a topic there is a little check box that says you want to be notified, just uncheck that box on future replies.

On older ones, you can can go to your profile, click on the subscriptions tab and unsubscribe from the threads you don't care about

oppps almost forgot to uncheck the box
