Hoagie. you subscribe and have to wait for 6 minutes. im a devoted subscriber for 4 years, paid for the lags, glitches and invisible. just recently, ive subscribe for $4.80 for 125,000 points but no points received. Ive received my previous payment to echoboom from Apple and got my points but now i dont received any points at all. Ive even forward the receipt to zup for verification. Very disappointing. Ive email to zup to both accounts and until to date, ive still not received my points but the money already paid for. quite frustating isnt it.

If you check your account was the charge actually deducted? Don't forget, Zup relies on the mechanisms of the Google Play store, Apple store etc. If they have an issue, then he can't do anything about it.

I've had points I purchased take a few days to go through, but when I check my credit card the delay is with Google, not Echoboom.

points taken hammer. btw ive check my account and it is deducted. i understand zup disposition about mechanism issue with google. Zup should take the precautionary measures and liaise with the appropriate department about this issue. i will wait for a few days and hopefully everything will be alright because if it doesn't. it defeat the purpose of subscribing and we will think twice before subscribing.

If you have the receipt number (the store should email this too you) then send that to Zup with your in game name and it will be fixed.

if you didn't get an invoice from your store then the transaction didn't go through and your issue lies with the store not DF.

I have resolved my issues with zup about the subscriptions. Ok hoagie here it goes. What i did was, i download dogfight with the same account in another device and i subscribe again via this device and you know what it went through. the payment was deducted and points given. An invoice from Apple was immediately sent to my email stating the deduction. You should try it. Well for my previous transaction payment in which ive subscribe, i receive the invoice a couple of days later, what i did was (as per reference to Hammers quote) i sent the invoice to Joaquin with my id name and he will verify it. Joaquin will sent the points to you manually. So i suggest if you have another device do the same thing as i did. so for future subscription, use another device to subscribe not the current device your using. google will automatically sent you an invoice upon receipt of any payment. if it doesnt then wait for a few days for an email from Google or itunes.

Btw your issues is with google not with Zup. he just need to verify the authencity of the payment before he can proceed to issue you the points.
