In the last 3 days I have been having problems connecting to the game. I am able to upload the application and interact in the world chat, but when I press play, it starts to load the game and then I see a massage “error connecting to the server please try again”. I have tried several times but nothing happens but the error massage. I made windows upgrades to my laptop and even uninstall the game in 3 occasions, but every time I do this it lets me play one game and then when I try again same problem as before. Seen that other players have the same problem, I truly do not know what it could be, if you could please give it a look and help. We would be very great full.

Desde hace tres días estoy confrontando el problema de que no puedo conectarme al juego. La aplicación sube, puedo ver e interactuar en Word chat pero cuando presiono play, dice loading y luego tira el mensaje de “error connecting to the server please try again”. Lo intento en varias ocasiones y nada. Realice upgrades de Windows a mi laptop y desinstale el juego en 3 ocasiones; cuando hago esto me deja jugar una sola vez y luego vuelve el mismo problema. He podido observar que otros jugadores están con el mismo problema, de verdad q no sé qué otra cosa intentar. Si puedes hacer algo por verificar cual puede ser el problema te lo vamos agradecer.
