same here in tank, but i use the mouse to elvate the gun.. when you're inside the tank,..use the mouse... it's more hard to aim

Same issue for me. up/down arrow keys do not move the tank turret. Left/Right works, driving works.

Ditto.. tank is rendered useless because aiming is next to impossible
