In addition to tanks on the carrier that are invisible, I also discovered tonight that there is no limit on how close a player can tank to the base… There is no "landed in enemy territory" message.... If A camper. Is shot down over the base they can pick up a tank right away instead of respawning

Seems like it happens more on the south side allied base

I haven't noticed a trend yet like Nightorado has since I've only encountered it once.

I was allied, and a red landed just outside the hangers and was able to turn into a tank. Later I was shot down near their hangers, but was transported back, so yes maybe it's the South base that has the issue.

Now that you mention it, I think that very well might be the case

Happened to me multiple times. South side of allied base as well as the hill right next to the German base. When it happened to me I just sat there and asked the reds to shoot me. Not fair play in my opinion, but you all know that there will be some pilots eagerly taking advantage of this glitch

yeah it's fixed but for 4.4.87 so it's going to be a fun time while Apple makes it public.

As far as I can tell, It doesnt happen on Apple devices. I always get sent back to respawn.

I know it happens in Capture the Flag missions.. but in others as well? sheeesh!

Guilty!! I didn't know it was a one sided glitch at that time!!

I was so surprised when I was given the 'airplane or walk' buttons inside of where it would normally be enemy territory I couldn't pass up the chance to see if it would allow me into the tank.... it did and i shot ONE hangar.... it might have been the last one tho as another blue had made it through to bomb at the same time....

Wonder how the game would change if there were no tank boundary restrictions for both sides.... make for faster games and sharper shooting at chutes and tanks!!
