This will be a lag issue. Not a lot that can be done to fix it with the current problems due to the weather on the U.S. servers apart from try re-booting your own router to establish a better connection.

you are not discovering anything new, all issues you mention have been mentioned before on several occasions and some can be fixed some can't. It has been detailed many times as why.

What tests have you done on your WiFi? SNR? Looked at overlapping channels? How do you know it's the server? Have you done a trace route to see how much lag your ISP is adding? Do you have torrent, streaming media at the same time that you are playing?

Lag can be due to many issues, most out of Zup's control. Even with if your network is good, if the other players have crappy networks you will see their lag.
