Ineed any and all the help I can get in understand how to get around in forum ! I can't talk to those in the squasd I've had my eye on but I am quite clueless about replies and posting please help if you can thank you !

down at the bottom of this post are a bunch of buttons for 'reply' 'quote' and more.... and the top right tab for searching.... I usually hit the 'Recent Topics' tab to stay current

there is no real-time chat on the forums (that I'm aware of anyway)

Welcome [M]arty. At the top and bottom of each page is a button to reply topic, subscribe or unsubscribe, etc. at the top right of the topic page is your private message, or PM button. Yhats where you go to see private messages sent to you. The reply topic button will take you to a screen where you type in replies to a thread you are on. It will automatically put your post as the last one on the page after you hit submit at the bottom. Also there is a place to get notices if someone else replies to the same topic. That goes to your email, or however you decided to recieve notices.

Selecting the number under a topic will take you to that page and you should see a number in green indicating new posts since you were last on the forum.

I agree with Nebulus Marty your doing great already. A good indicator of this is the number of "thank you's" you have compared to the number of posts. You already have a positive 2:1 ratio which shows people appreciate your contributions to the forum and the community at large. Well done sir!
