Posts: 4655 Thank you received: 9789	Hi Zuoerman, There is something wrong on upgrading the latest update on windows 8.1 system. Nevertheless, Uninstalling and Installing again will do solve the issue. Still you have to see what's wrong while upgrading as it takes much longer period to reinstall than upgrading. Thanks.
