I installed Dogfight some time ago from the Windows Store and later paid the upgrade to get more missions. But I've always found the physics of it to be very poor and unrealistic. I was about to give up on the game and give it a poor one-star rating in the Windows Store but decided to give it one more try to see if there was something I was missing. After unsuccessfully trying to find some help files, I found this forum. Browsing through the forum I saw people referring to new planes and the idea that you could buy an upgraded plane. I thought maybe my problem was that I was using the very primitive plane that comes default with the program and that I had to upgrade to a better plane to get a better experience.

I searched and searched but could find no information about how to do this. Then I noticed a Shopping cart button on the program. So I clicked it thinking that would give me the option to buy a plane. But no, that just gave me and option to buy points. Ok so I clicked and spent another $1.49 and bought 25,000 points thinking I could buy a plane with points.

Now I'm looking for some indication of how I can spend those points. But the program hasn't changed. I've no idea of where those points went and all I know is that Microsoft has charged my credit card. I can find no "Account balance" or anything of that nature.

So to the creators of the program here are my questions:

1. Where do you find the help documentation?
2. Where are the 25,000 points that I just purchased and how do I redeem them?
3. How do you buy an different airplane?

As a software developer myself I have to say that the documentation and user-friendliness of the program and it's surrounding infrastructure is very poor quality. I see from your website that you are attempting to build a software company. As someone with many years experience in the software business I must give your some friendly advice. You must improve the quality of your programming and especially your documentation if you want to have any hope of being successful.
