I was given rights by my senior [NLR]*XxxxX* to update the Rank of squad members on regular basis but when I tried to change it only three ranks are available namely, Lieutenant, Wing Commander and Group Captain.

Others ranks like Major General, Air Marshal, Air Vice Marshal & MORAF are not there. As per [NLR]*XxxxX* he has given me the complete rights through which I can change the ranks and he has no idea why other ranks are not available.

Can you please guide us why other ranks are not available and what is the procedure to change the rank to Marshal or MORAF of a particular pilot.

The ranks of a squadron has nothing to do with the global ranks. Only 5 are available and they were randomly picked from the list in order. You don't have the 31 ranks for internal squadron ranking.

But when we edit a pilot to update his rank only three options are there
Lieutenant
Wing Commander
Group Captain

there is no option of MORAF/ Air Marshal

Only the MORAF of the squad can promote other members to MORAF/Air Marshal plus Lieutenant/Wing Commander/Group Captain.
And Air Marshal can promote members to Lieutenant/Wing Commander/Group Captain.
