Let me explain you my problem.
I have started playing with the name Vivek Sang. In-between I change my name to V.i.v.e.k.S.a.n.g and Ishan Sang.
Then I get to know that you have given DVIII to all those who have supported you and my name Vivek Sang is one of them {Post # 177613}. I was overwhelmed with your generosity. But according to you, I have to change my name back to Vivek Sang to get the gifted DVIII.
I tried many times but could not change the name. Then out of curiosity I thought that lets try different name and give name as Ishan Sang and it was accepted. I waited for 2 days before trying again to get my old name Vivek Sang but on edit it doesn't change.
As I’m unable to change my name, I searched name of Vivek Sang in list of pilots. Just one important thing I find out that there is Vivek Sang in the pilot list in the game who is aspirant and in level 1 and other stats is 0.
As the account is not used can you delete that account or you can let me know its email id so that I can check with my other email id which I might have given to create an account.
Meanwhile, my present Game Name is Vivek Sang. (There is double space between vivek & sang).
My humble request is to kindly allow DVIII to my current name Vivek Sang.
