Help me please. I primarily play on Windows and I cannot purchase any upgrades at all. I have seen previous threads of people with a similar issue to mine, I believe. I have tried downloading the Android version and it still will not work. I have about 29k and I cannot even purchase a parachute.

I wish I could help you.. but as long as you are using Windows 8,1 (NOT Win8 ) & are running version 4.4.5 (find out what version in settings/about) then I don't have a clue what is causing your problems.. btw, you can't upgrade the freebie planes.

Try contacting Echoboom via the link in the top right-hand corner of this page, then hit 'contact' and explain to them the problems you are experiencing.

Yeah I meant that I can't purchase anything at all, not a parachute, nothing. I think I will try contacting them. thank you
