If you purchased them within the last couple hours don't worry, it always takes time for them to arrive. Usually you'll buy points, see them, and by the time you get to the plane screen to buy a plane they are gone. They'll come back, it just takes time for the funds to clear. Windows Store usually takes an hour or two (or longer) and Google Play Store can take all freaking day. I'm not sure about App Store but it's probably the same.

It's been days. Bought them on my kindle and my samsung gs3. Still nothing, even eent a pm to zup. Still nothing.

Hit Echoboom in the top right-hand corner of this screen.. then hit 'Contact' then tell them the problem and where you bought the coins from and of course you have a receipt so give them that info too.
