I was in game when this air commander showed up named something like worshiper#1 or something like that, then he started telling me that he spoke to zuperman, and that zuperman had told him that only Christians that worship every Sunday, could play, I don't believe him but I'm just wondering, are there strictly religious squads? Was this guy telling the truth?

No he is a 8 year old lying to anger people or trying to appear like he is some good religious Christian. If he is a Christian he is a very misguided one and needs to rethink what he is doing. God says in the bible that he is not fond of people boasting their religion to look good lol. For instance when he says prays should be straight to the point rather than lasting for months at a time to impress the people listening.

As for religious squads there are no strictly religious squads. Falcon squadron is largely christian and has its own spot on our squadron website were we get a motivating bible verse in to boost our spirits and we pray for our fellow squadron members and anyone outside of the squad who ask for it. We are not strictly christian though. We have nothing against atheist, Muslims, Jewish or any other religion. Islam and Judaism is basically the same thing as Christianity except for some minor differences. Judaism has the largest differences of the two.

On the contrary Turtle.. zuperman has been very clear on religion & Dogfight.. as in they are mutually exclusive! Because there are so many players are from all over the world playing this game and representing so many different religions zuperman has said both here and in World Chat that he has declared Dogfight a religion free zone.. so out of respect for ALL RELIGIONS he asks that everyone keep their personal religious beliefs to themselves.

Not trying to quarrel, but perhaps make a thinker think. Have you considered that perhaps atheists have more faith than possibly anyone else?

I think they/we have faith in logic, facts, science, things provable beyond reasonable doubt etc and if something we believe turns out to be wrong we can learn and adjust our beliefs to take it into account, rather than religion which is rigid and is based on an ancient book which is interpreted in which ever way it best suits the reader. But as Zebraup says, it's best not to touch on subjects which are likely to upset people and everyone should be free to believe in whatever they like as long as it doesn't halm others.

No need to worry we do not consider it a religion I just felt that you guys would not like being left out.

I am a Christian and not afraid to say it. Many have stated their beliefs from different squads... Doesn't mean you have to believe one way or the other to be part of a squad(that I know of).

True Mike, after all this is just a game, some people tend to get a bit carried away and forget that it is just entertainment. But it makes it so much more enjoyable that we can chat and interact whilst playing.

Here are the rules I know...

1. Thou shalt not talk about religion on forum
2. Thou shalt not feel they should hide their religion but understand the game is international and religion is and always has been a high tension subject
3. Thou shalt talk about high tension subjects else where since we haven't even settled spawn killing, dropping, sneaking yet and it's been how long now?
4. Thou shalt not shoot Thulsa Doom
5. Thou shall covet thy Dragons banners
6. Thou shalt not use Zups email in vain or for annoying requests
7. Thou shalt expand thoughts on the skies full of Double D's

....ok I kinda lost my train of thought there and I could swear there were 10 of those...maybe that's some other place....
