I can't use cockpit controls (tilt to move) because it makes my screen vibrate uncontrollably, does anyone else have this problem or is it just my device, I use iPad 3 right now, I currently have to use joystick controls.

Ryan, I currently use an IPad2, my wife has an IPad3, I've used it before and found that the planes are smaller, along with the ranking symbols. But no issues with controls. I would redownload the game. I hope this helps.

thanks i will try that, i hope it works, if not maybe a future ios update will fix it. For now i am fine with joystick, its what i've always used.
