Performance (frame rate) over water is appalling to the extent where I avoid most games that involve flying over it. This is really a shame as I love bomb the carrier and even CTC when it behaves.

I use a somewhat obscure Android tablet but I wouldn't call it archaic. Its called a Cube U30GT - a dual core 1.5ghz with a mali 400 GPU.

Just wondered how many other Android users are suffering from this poor performance. I have turned all the graphics options off to no avail.

Is this issue being dealt with? Could a setting be introduced in an upcoming update to switch off the flashy water?

Yes,I get major issues over water too,its like the plane "walks"past where i point it really bad and find myself constantly battling to recover,frame rate is awful...and aiming,forget it!

Must say I haven't encountered any problems with that on a PC. Is that due to a recent update on your android or are you in need of a new update?

This has been an issue for quite some time now, not just the most recent update. It all started around the time when the update came out that performed a benchmark on the first run of the app following installation.

I cant do anything over allied water only, I can barely get a bomb on target.dogfight over allied water forget it, shoot down a plane forgetit ss ggalaxy 10.1 and ss gs3 phone my ipad mini no problems flying over allied water.

I cant fly over black water, been that way for about a month or more.
