Make sure you post your in game name

Between one day and one month, depending on:
- How much info you give the mods up front (I highly recommend: your in-game name when you were banned, when you were banned, what you might have done to cause the ban, and which mod might have banned you if you happen to have seen him)
- How much time it takes the mods to ask each other "hey did anyone ban this dude?" and get answers back from everyone
- Once identified, how much time it takes the mod to discuss back and forth why you got banned, and how long it's going to be

Oh, and are you sure you were banned? Bans don't last very long these days, so if you haven't played for a long time and find yourself unable to get into the game, I doubt it's a ban. What's the game message?

Hello Manfred, I just took off and then It says I'm banned.

And now, when you try to get into the game, at what point does it give you a message?

When I select (East US) or any
It will say logging in then it will say
You've been banned & reported. 5 minutes

You might want to edit your blacklist query with that information.

Hey Manfred, would if it was you that banned him back when you used to be a mod? Is he stuck in "Banville" forever?

Hi airman Mshumaker. I had the same thing happen to me a few days ago. The ban was temporary as it was listed when it occurred. My problem is why, who, what for, that I'm requesting answers for. As far as I know I didn't break any game rules, at least not intentionally.
Your situation occurred a couple of weeks ago and was wondering if someone got back with you, answered your questions and corrected your problem. I was also advised by helpful members to place a request in the black list and I'm trying to get an idea how long it may take to get some closer on this. Your answer may provide me with a little help and assurance.
