Reaper, any thread listed under df support gets zup's attention, and i know for a fact that he does read them even if he doesnt respond to them. This game is zup's baby, thats part of the reason why many of us keep waiting for all the bugs to be fixed instead of just leaving to play a different game. Be patient, dont relentlessly bug him with the same problem over and over and eventually he'll get to your gripe in the order in which it was recieved.
