No matter how hard I try.... I have been stuck like this with the bar full for ages now!

When that happened to me, I had to close down the DFapp completely and restart it. Then I leveled up. Hope it'll work for you too.

When I made MORAF, I had to uninstall, then re- install. It was the only way I could rank up. As soon as I jumped into a game, the Gold letters popped up, and I started accumulating points again.
