For Android you need a card. For Apple a gift voucher for the istore might work, I'm not sure. No idea for win8

I think Zup mentioned somewhere that windows 8 can only buy like 50,000 at a time. If you have a windows 8 device.

Try all the different coin options till you get one that works. That is the only option windows 8 can buy right now. I will see if I can find the post that zuperman wrote and put it here for you.
