ok its been a while i havent changed my profile pic or banner or anything

im trying to change some stuff here but im getting this message

if I try to change my username to take out the space, it wont let me because that field is greyed out

everytime I try to save my changes it gives me this message and doesnt change anything

pleasehelp

Same here...it's been like this for a couple weeks now. I have a pile of new banners I cannot use

I tried doing it with my old account, which has no spaces in the username. It worked fine. On this account, it doesn't work.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the spaces in the username. The choice is ours: Ask zup, or get a new account

If u can't get the avatar image to lock in.
Or the banners....
First make sure that you have "cookies" turned on on your device.
Also I just tried putting up a new avatar image, and it took about a day or two to show up...
But it showed up around the second day. Slow!

Firstly, I'm using any device I can get my hands on! Doesn't make a difference which one I use.

Also, I uploaded it a week ago, and nothing's changed. It's not gonna work

Works perfectly fine with me

Laptop computer, iPad, iPhone. All the same.

Sounds a little more serious than I can help with.

Try Kestrel's idea of changing your user name... I think you sign out then hit forgot username and then you can edit it... best check with him on it though... I just vaguely remember his post... you may need a name with no spaces in it til this issue gets fixed
