I recently updated the software and linked my Facebook account and lost all the aircraft I had previously purchased. Anyone know how to get ahold of customer support to get those aircraft and upgrades reinstated?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

As soon as you reinstall enter a game.

Immediately leave the game and see if your planes are back.

It usually works.
